The Poppies die has 4 separate shapes: two sizes of poppy shapes with intricate cut-out centers and 2 sizes of centers that can be placed behind the poppy to create a more complex flower with a contrasting center fabric.  The poppy center cut-outs can also be combined with hand-traced poppy outlines to create yet another style of poppy!  The die itself measures approximately 7 1/2 inches x 6 inches and is compatible with the Sizzix Big Kick, the Sizzix Big Shot, the Big Shot Express, the Vagabond and the Sizzix Big Shot Pro machines.  Please see the accompanying patterns by Patsy Thompson Designs that use this die in quilt designs.  Although the die was developed for use in cutting fabric bonded to fusible web to create fusible applique designs, this die can also cut woven and non-woven wools, felt, paper, cardstock, and even lightweight metals.
